Tonie Willis
We’re thrilled to share that our founder and Executive Director, Tonie Willis, represented Ardella’s House this month at the Black Nonprofit Chief Executives of Philadelphia (BNCEP).
This powerful gathering brought together Black nonprofit leaders across the region to exchange ideas, build community, and strengthen collective impact.
We’re especially proud to share that Tonie was photographed alongside Mayor Cherelle L. Parker, Philadelphia’s first woman Mayor, and other inspiring leaders, standing in solidarity for a stronger, more just Philadelphia.
BNCEP has become a vital network for Black nonprofit executives, offering leadership development, advocacy, and a space for collaboration. Through initiatives like the Finance Academy and wellness retreats, BNCEP strengthens the resilience and influence of Black-led organizations across the city.
Tonie’s participation reflects Ardella’s House’s unwavering commitment to uplifting Black women, advancing equity, and building pathways for formerly incarcerated women to thrive. We are honored to be part of this growing movement for change!
