Too many girls in our city are navigating trauma, instability, and systems that punish instead of protect. The ReACTION Program was created to reach them early — before the streets or the system define who they are.
ReACTION is a bold, trauma-informed intervention program for adjudicated and at-risk girls ages 13–18. Through weekly sessions, mentorship, and community connection, ReACTION helps girls process their experiences, build emotional resilience, and chart a new course rooted in purpose, power, and self-love.

What We Provide:
- Weekly Group Sessions that center emotional wellness, personal development, and critical life skills
- One-on-One Mentoring with caring adult women who model strength, accountability, and compassion
- Creative Expression & Healing Activities including journaling, art, mindfulness, and restorative circles
- Civic Engagement Opportunities that encourage youth voice and community leadership
- Family Engagement to rebuild trust, communication, and support systems at home
Who Its For:
Girls who have been impacted by the juvenile justice system or are at high risk of entering it — and who are ready to take control of their story with the right support behind them.
