Rebuilding Bonds, Restoring Families
At Ardella’s House, we know that incarceration disrupts more than a woman’s life — it interrupts the sacred bond between mother and child. Our Parenting Classes are designed to help justice-impacted women rebuild that connection, heal from trauma, and grow into the strong, nurturing parents they want to be.
Whether a mother is preparing for reunification or parenting from afar, our program meets her with compassion and practical tools. We create a safe space for mothers to process their experiences, learn healthy parenting techniques, and strengthen the skills that support long-term family stability and emotional well-being. Too often, incarcerated women and girls are denied access to basic health education, reproductive care, and autonomy. Our classes fill those gaps — with compassion, respect, and real-world knowledge. We teach women not only how to protect their bodies, but how to value them |

What We Provide:
|
|
Who It's For:
Mothers who have been separated from their children due to incarceration or life circumstances — and are ready to parent with confidence, care, and accountability. Why It Matters: When a mother is empowered, her children thrive. By investing in her growth, we break cycles of trauma and incarceration — and nurture stronger, more resilient families. |
