At Ardella’s House, we believe healing happens in relationship. Our Mentoring Program connects justice-impacted women and girls with compassionate, experienced mentors who walk beside them through the challenges of reentry and personal transformation. Whether a woman or girl is rebuilding after incarceration, seeking guidance in parenting, navigating recovery, or striving for independence, our mentors offer nonjudgmental support, lived wisdom, and consistent encouragement. These relationships are rooted in mutual respect and the belief that every woman and girl is the expert of her own life — sometimes she just needs someone in her corner.

- One-on-One Mentorship with trained, trauma-informed women who offer guidance and emotional support
- Goal Setting & Accountability to help mentees build structure, confidence, and forward momentum
- Group Mentoring Circles that foster sisterhood, shared learning, and community healing
- Skill-Building & Resource Navigation to assist with employment, education, family reunification, and more
- Opportunities for Former Participants to Become Mentors, creating a cycle of empowerment and leadership
