At Ardella’s House, we believe that every woman and girl deserves to feel safe, informed, and in control of her own body. Our Health & Sexuality Classes are more than just education — they are a powerful space for justice-impacted women to reclaim their health, embrace their worth, and make empowered decisions for their future.
Too often, incarcerated women and girls are denied access to basic health education, reproductive care, and autonomy. Our classes fill those gaps — with compassion, respect, and real-world knowledge. We teach women not only how to protect their bodies, but how to value them.

- Trauma-Informed Healing Circles that address shame, past abuse, and promote body positivity and self-respect
- Community Health Referrals & Resources for follow-up care, screenings, and ongoing support
- Culturally Relevant, Peer-Led Instruction that centers the voices and experiences of women of color
